I don’t know if there is a correlation, this afternoon I started playing at 4:52 p.m. and by 4:55 p.m. I was already disconnected.
Disappointed and bitter I started a download of another game and in the meantime I re-logged into CE just to do cleanup of unused Thralls, materials, various repairs and it’s since 5:02 p.m. I’m still in the game now it’s 5:28 p.m.
Definitely not the download but for the moment I have not been kicked out of Battleye…
still getting kicked on server 6100
I’m sorry! I was hoping yesterday that everything would be OK after I was able to play again for several hours.
Oh, thanks for the information!
it continues to kick. they want us to spend time outside… it’s summer, right?
I have only just noticed my support ticket was automatically listed as solved despite not receiving any response yet the problem persists!
Edit sent a follow up ticket and guess what that was automatically solved as well so clearly they aren’t bothering to even check the issue.
How does one check that in kaspersky as as far as im aware anything game battleye realated is just listed as allowed in app rules can’t find anything else
Hi,
I have a firewall incorporated with my Anti Virus and all I have done for this is allow it or whitelist it, for some reason even disabling the windows firewall still caused the timeout error it was by only adding the rule that I have been able to play.
I am guessing that even though you are not using windows firewall it would suggest that it is still needed to be added as a rule because as I explained when turning off windows firewall and defender I got kicked.
I am not sure which version of kapersky you are running but I have had a look here How to use Firewall in Kaspersky Total Security 20
and this is whre you can create new rules.
The port that is being used is 64695 and the protocol is UDP as this screenshot shows
I have been using this method since last night and allday and have not been kicked one time.
This did not work for me, still getting kicked by battle eye

Additional Details and Reference Links:
This issue began Friday, 8/2, and has persisted intermittently for seemingly ALL players who play on official servers. There are many references to this issue throughout the forum history that indicate that something has changed on the BattlEye side of the equation, and requires intervention from Funcom on behalf of either the game client or the game servers.

Ok never mind. Issue is happening again. AND there are even more instances of Conan Exiles and ConanSandbox appearing in the Firewall settings list. But this time, granting them permissions did not stop the issue.
Just happened to me for about a half hour (6-7 boots) on Server 1041 PvE Conflict.
The issue is that the BattlEye problem is intermittent. When you launch the game, Conan Exiles sandbox.exe or whatever interfaces with the BattlEye agent, and attempts to connect to BattlEye to do whatever querying or reporting that it needs to do.
So, if you are having the issue, and then you close down the client, and go jack around with your settings… because it is an intermittent issue - the things you think you did seem to have corrected the issue. When, in fact, Conan Exiles sandbox.exe finally picked a BattlEye port or IP address that is actually listening and responding.
Something to bear in mind, everyone.
Also - be aware that Zendesk Conan Exiles tickets are apparently auto-solving. So - if you open a Zendesk ticket seeking any kind of support whatsoever, your tickets are falling on deaf ears, and are making it directly to the circular file (trash can). You may have to select “Dune Awakening” in order to actually get any support. See this thread:

This is not something that we are able to solve. But, rather, is something that Funcom must address.
This has happened before (several others have posted this as a reference):

I was active in Conan several times over the course of Sunday. I had several disconnects, but I always got back into the game. What I noticed is that at some point there were no more disconnects. However, I assume that this was a coincidence each time.

Private Server Exile Lands…
This BattlEye issue is getting worse, the game is almost unplayable. Got kicked in two battles within minutes of each other so I stopped playing before I lose something that I will not be able to replace.
@Bourbon Since Friday, I’ve only built a few things or collected resources. Fights or dungeons are far too dangerous when the connection is interrupted.
